Maintenance:

CHC maintains 437 rental units (including laundry facilities) and 25 group homes. Inspections are performed annually on all properties by CHC. In addition, annual fire safety/property inspections are done by the Howard County Department of Inspections, Licensing and Permits. They also perform rental license renewal inspections every two years. Property inspections are also done routinely by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
