Columbia Housing Corporation Perpetual Revolving Fund:
The Perpetual Revolving Fund is the entity that provides the capital and resources to develop, construct, or purchase housing in partnership with the private sector, federal, state and county housing agencies.
Lennox Park:
The Lennox Park area is located in Elkridge. The development consists of three new home sites developed by CHC for resale to moderate-income families or individuals and one new home developed by Habitat for Humanity. These homes are completed.
